EXPERIENCE

Founded in 2015 by creative directors Marco Javier and Lauren Hassani, ULTRA is the result of decades of combined experience in the design and advertising industries. We have worked for Fortune 500 companies, design agencies, and international nonprofit organizations, learning best practices and creative strategy across multiple sectors. We have directed projects and campaigns that have taken us to locations around the world. Our exposure to many cultures, along with our multidisciplinary backgrounds in design, illustration, video, photography, writing, and business strategy, informs our work and allows us to approach challenges with a broader perspective.
